Each one of our fabrics includes stretch factor in the description but we encourage you to purchase a fabric swatch card before ordering to ensure that the stretch capabilities are suited to your particular application.

We encourage you to purchase a fabric swatch card before ordering to ensure color matching relative to your particular needs.  Various computer monitors display color differently, so it is very important that you make sure of color matching before purchasing fabric.

All sales are final. 

We take great care to insure all packages leave our warehouse in pristine condition.  We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to product and/or packaging during transit.  Please contact the carrier/shipping provider in the event that your package is damaged in transit.

Solid Stone Fabrics ships internationally using USPS.  All shipment costs are based on weight, size and destination of package.  Approximate shipping times and cost can be obtained by visiting https://postcalc.usps.com/ and entering postal code 24112 / United States as the “ship from” location.  A $5.00 handling fee applies to all international orders.

*Please note that due to USPS International multiple package shipping regulations for certain locations, if your order exceeds 80 lbs, you may be contacted by Customer Service after order placement, to adjust shipping costs.

International shipping options are available.  If you attempt to place an order and your shipping destination is not found, please contact customer service at fabricsales@solidstonefabrics.com so that we may add your destination.

All ground orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days of order placement, with the exception of digitally printed items, which ship within 5 – 10 business days of order placement.  All expedited shipping orders, including Next Day Air, 2 Day and 3 Day speeds, will be shipped same day, if order is received by 12:00 noon EST.  Expedited orders received after 12:00 noon EST, will ship the following business day. 

*Orders that exceed 500 yds will need to be scheduled for a freight service.  Please contact our Customer Service department for further details.
