Shipping / Receiving Policy:

Shipping costs are based on the size and destination of the order.    Solid Stone Fabrics ships by UPS.  All ground orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days of order placement, with the exception of digitally printed items, which ship within 5 - 10 business days of order placement.  If you need faster service, please contact our customer service department.

*Orders that exceed 500 yds will need to be scheduled for a freight service.  Please contact our Customer Service department for further details.

**Please note that we take great care to insure all packages leave our warehouse in pristine condition.  We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to product and/or packaging during transit.   

Express & International Shipping:

Express and/or International shipping options are available.  If you attempt to place an order and your shipping destination is not found, please contact customer service so that we may add your destination.  Solid Stone Fabrics ships internationally using USPS.  Approximate shipping times and cost can be obtained by visiting postalc.usps.gov and entering postal code 24112 / United States as the "ship from" location.  A $5.00 handling fee applies to all international orders.

Return Policy:

All sales are final.  We encourage you to purchase a fabric swatch card before ordering to ensure color matching and fabric quality applications relative to your particular needs.  Various computer monitors display color differently, so it is very important that you make sure of color matching before purchasing fabric.  

Delivery Time:

Please see chart below for UPS delivery times.  Delivery days are calculated from the time your order leaves our warehouse in Virginia to the time that it arrives at your destination.
